THE EYRE MURDER.
POLICE WITHOUT CLUES. By T«legraph.—Press Association. Auckland, Last Night. The murder of Sydney S. Eyre at Pukekawa on Tuesday night still remains a mystery. A strong force of police is engaged on the case, but the absence of clues makes their work difficult. The funeral of the victim of the tragedy was held this afternoon, and was largely attended.
