SEAMEN IDLE.
STRIKE IN SOUTH WALES. INDUSTRY DISLOCATED. B; Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copytleut, Received July 22, 7.45 p.m. London, July 21. Thousands of dockers are parading the streets of Cardiff. Mr. Tearle, secretary of the Cardiff branch of the National Seamen's and Firemen's Union, hotly attacked the attitude of the miners' leaders, blaming them for/stagnation in South Wales industry. Mr. Tearte declared it would be better if the miners, instead of talking about raising the Russian blockade, were to. say: "Never mind the Russians; raise more coal, and get our £ back to aB6 cents." The miners, whom the seamen helped during the war, are now content, says Mr. Tearle, to see eighteen hundred sailors without work in Cardiff, while they themselves fatten on the proceeds of a seven hours' day.—-Aus.-N.Z.
