Kemp, Sir. P. E. Blondon, and Dr. Tolmie; and new members, Mr. R. W. Wigmore (St. John, Customs), Mr. E. K. Spinney (Yarmouth, Nova Scotia, without portfolio). The former Ministers retain their old offices, except Mr. Meighen, who takea External Affairs; Mr. Longheed, Interior; Mr. Calder, President of the Council, phis Immigration. The portfolios of Soldiers' Re-establish-ment, and Solicitor-General are still vacant. Mr. McCurdy takes Works.— Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. 11 . "
