AN INTERNATIONAL FESTIVITY. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. New York, July 12. The measurements of Shamrock IV. and Resolute have been completed. Both vessels are ready for the first race. There are a large number of sight-seeing craft already anchored offshore and along the race course. The experts liave not yet announced the results of the measurements.
