Mr. Bonar Law has confirmed the statement of the Russian Soviet Government's conditions for a resumption of trade with Britain. In the agreement the Allies have made proposals to' the Soviet Government for an immediate Russo-Polish armistice, to be foMowed by a peace conference between Russia and the border States.—Aus.-N.Z.
