SALE AT NEW PLYMOUTH. There was a large attendance at Mr. Newton King's mart, New Plymouth, on Saturday afternoon, when a number of properties were submitted for sale by public auction on behalf of the executrix in the estate of the late Mr. George Seott. ■ There was a keen demand for the properties, particularly for those sections on which there are buildings. Details were as follows: Lot 1, containing 20.5 perches (more or less), being the western half of Section 1459, New Plymouth, fronting Devon Street, with dwelling-house thereon. — £BOO. Lot 2, containing 20.5 perches (more or less), being the eastern half of Section 1459, New Plymouth, fronting Devon Street.—'£33s. Lot 3, containing 1 rood 1 perch (more or less), being Section 14(i0, New Plymouth, fronting Devon Street, with dwelling-house thereon.— £llsO.
