FARMERS' CO-OP.

EXHIBIT AT WINTER SHOW. The New Plymouth branch of this progressive concern has a most compreiicnsive exhibit in the machinery annexe. A most : prpminept feature is the Simplex milking machine, which is go well and favorably known amongst sntiiiiod dairy farmers in Taranaki that it is unnecessary for us to describe its many good features. Those about to instal a machine should inspeet the Simplex before definitely deciding. The duller Johnson pumping outfit, which is designed to take the place pf the windmill, has also attracted hundreds of farmers to the annexe during the show, and its simplicity of construction and reliability make it a decided asset to any farmer who has to depend on an artificial waxer supply. This is the time when the farmer is able to renovate big dwelling and buildings, «nd consequently he will be interested in the showing of Berger's ready mixed paints. Each gallon contains only pure linseed oil and white zinc and white Jead ground together, which makes it suitable for the. Taranaki climate. {2ach gallon is guaranteed to cover 830 square feet, and it will also resist the strong salt air which we are subject to. It has a beautiful gloss. There is a fine display of Co-op. drenches—mamitis cure and stager drench, uddler ointment, etc., specially manufactured by the Organisation's own chemist. They have passed the highest tests for quality. Every farmer should have a motor car, and to supply that need the Organisation has on view the Hupmobile, which is of beautiful design and is economical to run, being light on benzine and tyres. They also provide the maximum of comfort, the hoods being of the latest design and the curtains opening out with the doors. The three-seater colonial body is finished in the best of upholstery and is fitted with every possible convenience. Where there are motor cars there will always be more or less tyre trouble. This, however, may be minimised by the use of Magic Rubber Mend, for which the Organisation is sole agent. Demonstrations have been given to hundreds, showing how quickly this mend can be applied, saving not only considerable cost,' but also the time that would otherwise be lost in sending the tubes or tyres to the vulcaniser, which it is claimed the mend entirely supersedes.
