REBELS GAINING GROUNDBy Telegraph.—Ptess Axn —Copyrleht. Washington, May 4. Advices from Mexico indicate that the outlook for Carran2a grows worse daily. Juarez and most of the State of Chihuaha have joined the rebels, and many Federal garrisons continue to revolt. Carranza has lost almost half his territory without fighting an important battle.
