At the House of Commons, replying t$ Mr. Hard, Mr. Bon&r Law statea that tad been no development of the ttyefial 'Cabinet organisation since the dMuion announced on August 19, 1918, {I regard to the Dominion Prime Ministers communicating directly with the Premier of the United Kingdom and tkt Dominions being entitled to reprei (Station at meetings of the Cabinet in Loftdon. The whole matter would be discussed at the Imperial Coference, whioh it was pftposed should be held in 1921 to consider inter-Imperial constitutional relationships in accordance with the resolutllk of the last Imperial Conference. Coniwuilcations were maintained with til Dominions and important papers of Tapcrial concern were forwarded weekly for the information of Dominion PHme Ministers who did not think it stitable to have a representative.—lmperial Service.
