DISARMING GERMANY.

NO SECRET ARMY. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.- -Copyright. London, April 2S. The Australian Press Association understands that official circles discredit the reports from Germany referring to a large secret array immediately mobilisable distributed over Prussian estates. The authorities admit that Pomerania is likely to cause trouble for some time to come, owing to the obstructionist tactics of the remnants of Kapp's followers, but the Allied Missions report tha.t the work of disarmament is proceeding with comparatively little friction. On the other hand Germany's export of arms and ammunition to Finland and the Baltic States raises a difficult problem, and it may be necessary to stop the traflic in view of its effect in interfering with the efforts to secure worldwide disarmament.
