His vest is a work of art, his trousers arc pressed to a keen edge, and he wears a Gladstonian collar and elaborate stock, With jewelled pin, which sparkle; brightly as he moves about the platform. His white spats and side whiskers and his polished utterance complete the impression. The latest in women's frocks, hat?, parasols, stockings, underwear, and garters are emiiroidered with gold butterflies, and fringed suede gloves are the latest wear for men. Pyjamas and ladies' kimonos are covered with futnrist designs, and handkerchiefs are also heavily designed.
