ACTRESS GETS DIVORCE.

CECILIA GHILOXI'S CASE, Cecilia Rosabelle Ethel Maepherson (formerly Ghiloni), the well-known actress, petitioned Mr. Justice Harvey, in the Divorce Court in Sydney, for a dissolution of her marriage with Ronald Horace Macpherson on the ground of desertion by reason of non-compliance with a decree for restitution of conjugal rights. Petitioner said that her husband had not complied with the order of the Court directing him to return to her within 21 days after the service-of the decree upon him. Mr. Justice Harvej found the desertion proved, and pronounced a decree nisi, to be moved absolute in six months.
