INFLUENZA INCREASES.

DUE TO SCHOOL OUTBREAKS, By Telegriiljh —Press Association Wellington, Last Night. Cases of influenza reported in tha Wellington health district during the week ended at noon on Monday numbered 174, against 98 in the preceding week. The number of pneumonic cases, two, was the same each week. The increase is accounted for almost entirely by outbreaks at Scots' College and Wellington College. Scots' College has had 63 cases of influenza, one easo being pneumonic, and all the others mild. Wellington College has had ten mild cases.
