Cable Assn. LARGE BATTLESHIP FOE JAPAN. Beceived April 4, 5.5 p.m. Tokio, April 2. The keel of the Tosa, the largest .Japanese battleship, has been laid at Nagasaki. The vessel will have a 40,000 tons displacement, and she will be 700 feet long. Her armament will consist of ten 10-ineh guns, and she will be launched in 1922. She will embody all the newest naval developments—Aus.N.Z. Cable Assn.

The I State Department has been informed that rebels attacked Lieutenant Campbell, the United States' military attache, and hi 9 wife, and an American woman doctor, a feu' miles from Mexico City.
