The commander in .Smyrna has called up all (irecks between 20 and 30 in readiness for any developments with Airkey. There are already six Groer divisions in Smyrna. It is believed the Turkish Chanfber, whose sittings are indefinitely suspended, will refuse to meet for the purpose of ratifying the Peace Treaty, which will be presented on April 15." " The Greeks are annoyed at the insistence that Adrianople should be given to Bulgaria, and Smyrna" refused to the Greeks. American business interests in Turkey are apprehensive.
