LABOR AND THE PREMIER. EARLY ELECTION ANTICIPATED. By Telegraph.—Press Association, London, March 10Interviewed as to Mr. Lloyd George's speech, Mr. Wm. Adamson (chairman o£ the Parliamentary Labor Party), said the Prime Minister was preaching the doctrine of class wai as in his old "Limehousing" days. Mr. Clynes said that when Mr. Lloyd George had done his work the privileged classes would be mora sorry than Labor Mr. Henderson said the speech played upon the unreasonable fears of the propertied interest's, Labor accepted the challenge and would raise a fund of 2,000,000 shillings of an early general election. This was their answer to Mr. Lloyd George's attack. Mr. Bonar Law, in a speech, asserted that the Government had done nothing to forfeit the country's confidence. It deserved to be condemned if it failed to provide a housing scheme within a reasonable time- He hoped they would complete 100,000 houses by the end of the year.
