A letter was received from Mr. Georgo Grey, on behalf of Mr. Richard Cook, in reply to an interview with him by Crs. Griffiths and Short, stating that ha had offered to dedicate free of coat, & strip of land on his frontage, 10 feety deep at the Mill Road corner and tapering away to nothing i n a straight lilrt t.n the bottom boundary of his property,* also to give a further pieco of .land, in addition to the It) feet, for the purpose of rounding on" the entrance to MM iload.
