THE RAILWAYS.
NEXT MOVE IN THE DISPUTE. BETTER TERMS DEMANDED. (By Telegraph—Own Correspondent.) AA'cllington, Last Night. The executive of the A.S.R.S. met today to consider the next move in the railway dispute. No official report of the proceedings is being issued to-day. The members of the executive, it is understood, were firm in their determination to press for better terms than are recommended in the report of the Railway Commission. The tone of the discussion was fully in accord with the strongly worded resolutions that have been passed during the last few days by many of the branches of tho Society. The executive recognises that the report of the Commission does not necessarily represent the decision of the Goveminent, and it will make further representations to the Minister for Railways.
