A vote will be taken on Monday on the pending reservations, and it was unanimously agreed that by midnight on Monday the controversy over Article Ten will be disposed of. Other reservations will then be taken up. and the final vote' on the question of ratification may he expected in (lie latter part of the week. Friends of the Treaty say . the last hope for ratification is gone, and a canvass of both sides of the Chambei showed nineteen Republicans' and eighteen Democrats will vote against rati-fication.—Aus.-N.SC.
