Poincure, in an article in hhe review Two Worlds, declares the Supreme Council should 'be put to a long sleep, because it followed a path of twists and turns, especially on the Con-! stantinople question, and dealt in a nerveless fashion with the Germans' responsibility for the war. He 'suggests a better method would be to leave the negotiations to diplomats, thus avoiding the necessity for frequent meetings of the Allied Premiers.—Aus.N.2. Cable Assn.
