The Amandin schooner Carrier Dove, loaded with 7K(i tons of copra, went ashore on the Lcvuka reel". She may he refloated. The Islands of \aitalm and Wakaya suffered a heavy loss on the coeoaimt estates, otherwise damage in the group was slight. The Indian strike is over, and the men have resumed work. Some of the rioters were sentenced to 12 months' imprisonment, while others were committed for trial on a more serious charge.
