RECORD BY NORMAN ROSS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Auckland, Last Night. The world's swimming record for MO metres was broken by Norman Ross yesterday afternoon. Ross covered the distance in Bmiii. 44 2-3secs., six sees, below his own record in Sydney. He won a 100 yards rate in 60 sees., equal to the New Zealand record held by Paterson.
