'President Wilson opposes the AngloFrench assent to Italy's claim to Fiume and Albania. He considers a corridor connecting Fiume with Italy is impracticable and that the cession of Fiume to Italy will produce future wars. As regards the application of the Pact of London. President Wilson holds that is a ouestion for the Anglo-French to decide according ti> obligation and policy.
