SALE OF FLOUR.
A PERMIT REQUIRED. NEW REGULATIONS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. Regulations in connection with the con-, trol of the sale of flour appear in the Gazette. It is declared that except by permit it shall not be lawful for any miller to deliver or to lie concerned in the delivery of flour under any contract of purchase, whether made before or after the coming into force of the No permit is required for delivery of (lour in fiveton lots to a linker for the purposes of his business. Bakers are prohibited from receiving from the same, or different sellers, more than live tons in seven days without a permit.
