CRUELTIES BROUGHT TO LIGHT,

Paris, Feb. 3. The Echo de Paris states that the Germans accused of war crimes include the following:— Prince Rupprecht of Bavaria, for the deportations from the north of France. The Duke of Wurtemburg, for orlering civilian massacres at Namur and elsewhere. General von Kluck, for murdering hostages at Senlis, and shooting civilians at Aerschot. General von Bulow and von Mackenson for burning villages and executing civilians. General von Der Lancken for the murder of Nurse Cavell and Captain Fryatt. Admiral von Capelle for ordering submarine outrages. General von Sander for permitting the massacre of the Armenians and Syrians. Major von Gobetz, Lieut. Eodoger. and General von Cassell for acts of cruelty at Magdeburg. Ruhleben, and Doeberitz camps respectively. General von Menteuibnel for permitting the slaughter of civilians at LouvainSubmarine Commanders Werners, Valentiner, and Forstner, for sinking hospital ships.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Association.
