DISTRIBUTION TO BE CONTROLLED. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Jan. 24. Mr. Massey stated to-day that, as the result of the conference of manufacturers and agents with the Board of Trade, an arrangement had been made to control the distribution of cement, so as to enable the most urgent works to he supplied in their order of importance.
