FEELING IN THE UNIVERSITIES. Washington, Jan. 17. At a poll held in four hundred American Colleges and Universities, 114,953 votes were cast, of which 45 per cent, favored the ratification of the Peace Treaty without reservations; twenty per cent, were for ratification with Senator Lodge's reservations; and -ten per cent, were against ratification in any Cable Assn.
