The games in the third round resulted: Wild beat Lindsay; Btirnes beat Fouhy; Mason beat Faulkner; Hicks beat Ewen; Severn drpw with Dodds. CHARGE OF CHILD MURDER. Ashburton, Dec. 29. Subsequent to an adjourned inquest to-day Catherine Small, of Tinwald, was arrested on the charge of alleged murder of her infant child on December 4, and was remanded to appear on Wednesday next. The body of the child was found between the copper and wall in the washlioufie.
