Cable Assn. [Lord Dalmeny iB the eldest son of the Earl of Rosebery. In 1909 he married Dorothy, the youngest daughter of the late Lord Henry Grosvenor, who was a son of the first Duke of Westminster. Lord Dalmeny was M.P. for Midlothian from 1908 to 1910. He held a commission in the Grenadier Guards and saw active service in 1914 anil 1915, being \ wounded o&ea.V
