The Prince of Wales had an enthusiastic reception in the streets between York House and the Guildhall, where lie received the City's address of welcome. Replying, the Prince said: "My first desire after the war was to visit the great Dominions which played so important a part in the Avar. 1" will never forget the whole-hearted welcome with which I was greeted in Newfoundland, Canada, and the United States.—Aus.N.Z.
