The Allies sharply replied to Germany's complaints regarding France's bad faith over the repatriation of prisoners. They point out that Germany by her action alone is responsible. There will be no relaxation of tho peace conditions, and she must thoroughly understand that until the evil she has committed is remedied and the guilty punished, she cannot enter the community of nations.—Aus.-N.Z.
