STATEMENT BY 'THE PREMIER, By Telegraph.—Press Association. Cromwell, Last Night. The Prime Minister informed a reporter to-day that the position of the much-discussed bonus to postal officials was more complicated than it was possible for r.nyone not directly connected with it to understand. He is willing to refer the whole position to the Chief Justice or any other well-known man to inquire into and abide by the decision.
