In the O'Donnell ease the defence was supported by witnesses who stated that O'Doiyiell did not use the words eom» plained of, but referred to the King in romplimentary terms. The decision will bo promulgated Times Service. [Father O'Donnell, the Australian chaplain who was arrested in Ireland on ft charge of uttering seditious statements, was brought before a courtmartial. The charge was laid under section 35 of the Army Act, for using disloyal words regarding the Sovereign.]
