LABOR TROUBLES.
ENGLISH IRON WORKERS' STRIKE. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received Nov. 24, 11.55 p.m. London, Nov. 20. In the House of Commons at question time, Mr. Wardle stated that 45,000 iron moulders were still on strike, and it was estimated 76,000 -Were thereby rendered idle. It is understood that negotiations in connection with the trouble are being reopened. It is noteworthy that Sir Auckland Geddes (President of the Board of Trade) described the above strike as the most devastating and ghastly for the whole body of employed. —Reuter Service.
