ABLAZE IN THE DOCKS, CONSIDERABLE DAMAGE PONE. fey Assn.—Copyright, Received Nov. 25, 12.20 a.m. London, Nov. 21. The Prinz Hubertus had just docked. There was only a skeleton crew aboard, when a fire was noticecd in the bunker coal. After some hours it suddenly burst into flames amidships, and the woodwork was soon ablaze. Fortunately the wind diverted the fire from the wharves and sheds. River floats and eighteen lire engines were quickly at work, and controlled the fire in two and a-half hours. The outbreak was confined to the middle of the vessel, where considerable damage was done. It is hoped that a large part of the cargo will bo salved. The fire was entirely due to the coal There was no neglect.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. . [A cable published yesterday stated the Prinz Hubertus was partially destroyed by fire at the Albert Docks. If was expected a large part of the cargo would be salved. There were no casualties.]
