Messages from Roumania state that Roumanians arrested the Entente Mission which was inspecting an internment camp of Hungarian Bolsheviks. The mission is accused of smuggling banknotes, but the real reason is the unfavorable reports upon the internment camps published in Paris.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
