Received Nov. 23, 8.5 p.m. Belgrade, Nov. 10. It is reported that D'Annunzio is preparing a raid upon Split and Spalato. It is stated fifteen thousand troops and a naval detachment have arrived at Zara, their destination being Split. It is further stated that a portion of this force will attack Montenegro.—Reuter Service.
