THE TRIBAL WARFARE. By Teleeraph.—Press Assn.—CoprrlfM. Received Nov. 23, 0.5 p.m. . Allahabad, Nov. 22. The Afridis, who helped the Afghans in the recent war, sent a submissive deputation to Peshawar to meet the British officials. The authorities expressed the Government's 1 displeasure at their participation in the war and demanded 550,000 rupees and all captured material. It was announced that tribal allowances" would be discontinued. The Afridis said they would consider the terms and reply shortly;—Reuter Service. t f
