EXPLOSION ON A BATTLESHIP. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Tokio, Oct. 31. There were fourteen killed and thirteen injured in the explosion on board the battleship Hyuga Emereor, which participated in the manoeuvres which took place in Tokio Bay.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
