LARGE LOAN FROM AMERICA. Received Oct, 20, 12.25 a.m. New York, Oct. 18. The Times' Vienna correspondent states thajt it, is reported in financial circles that an American banking syndicate's negotiations for a large loan for Austria are nearly finished. The Austrian Government leaders and the Parties, according to the terms of the loan, must give up their plans for the nationalisation of industries and furnish fruarantees for the maintenance of order and the equality of races and religions.—Aus.-N,55 Cable Assn.
