ECHO OF EPIDEMIC.
WORKERS' LOSS OF PAY. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Auckland, Last Night. In response to an application in the Arbitration Court, Mr. Justice Stringer agreed to state a case for the Court of Appeal on the question of payment of wages to employees of picture theatres for the epidemic period. It was stated that in one case £IOOO was involvedMr. Lightfoot, representing the Labor Department, said one case would be taken as governing all of them.
