TOURNAMENT AT HAWERA, Keen interest 13 being taken in the boxing tournament, which Is being run under the auspices of the Hawera Sports and Pastimes tS i at „ Hawera . on Thursday, October 2 judging from the entries received, and the special matches arranged It is safe to predict a successful tournament. There will ho two special matches, and twelve other bouts, and, as several of the Wanganul boys who are competing were winners recently at Wanganui, it is quite on the cards that there will bo something doing.
