"A meeting of New Zealand soldiers at •the Colonial Institute passed tie following resolution: Seeing that the New Zealand Government, after repeated cabled enquiries, failed to state the promised decision regarding the war gratuity, this meeting protests most strongly against the delay, and yrges that the whole question be submitted to a Parliamentary Committee for speedy decision. r~AuB.-N.Z.
