POLITICAL CRISIS. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received Sept. 16, 1230 a.m. Belgrade, Sept. 14. It is confirmed that the Serbian Cabinet resigned because it failed to obtain . the suppression or modification of the clauses in the Austrian peace treaty dealing with the protection of minorities in the territories ceded to Serbia, which the Cabinet declares will infringe on Serbian sovereignty. The Government will retain power during the crisis—Renter.
