ROUMANIA.

RESIGNATION OF PREMIER. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received Sept. 16, 12.5 am. Paris, Sept. .14. The Roumanian Minister learns from Bucharest that M. Bratiano has resigned, this being due to the belief that Roumanian interests were endangered through the Allies' request to relinquish the undivided possession of the Banat and share it with the Maygars and Serbs. It is stated that M. Bratiano's successor will be better enabled to submit a conciliatory formula to the Allies for safeguarding Koumania's interests, as he would be unpledged, like M. Bratiano, regarding the future of the Banat. —Reuter.
