By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Sydney, Sept. 10. In the Assembly Mr. Holman stated that a referendum on prohibition would not be taken during the life of the present Parliament. The Minister of Agriculture announced that the Government was increasing the guarantee to farmers for the 1920-21 wheat crop to 5s a bushel. Melbourne, Sept. 10. 'Mr. Hughes announced at a party meeting that Australia's share in the indemnity would be £60,000,000.
