CHINESE IN MEXICO. By Telegraph.—Press As.«n.—Copyright. New York, Sept. 9. A Peking message states that Chinese merchants in Mexico have appealed \o the Chinese Government for protection. The merchants say that they have been compelled to discontinue industrial and business undertakings owing to the antiChinese feeling and activities throughout Mexico.
