GERMAN GOVERNMENT'S ATTITUDE. ay Telegraph—Press Awn.—Oopyrigat. Received Aug. 24, 5.5 p.m. London, Aug. 22. The Government has no official information from Germany that she will refuse to surrender officers indicted for breaches of the laws of warfare. The Admiralty list of submarine commanders has been sent to Paris. Some misgiving has arisen owing to the release of Keisewetter, the notorious submarine commander, in direct opposition to the Admiralty's wishes.-iAus. .V.Z. Cable Assoc.
