RESERVATIONS AGREED TO. ACCORDING TO SENATOR LODGE. By Tslegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received July 27, 5.5 p.m. New York, July 20. The New York Times' Washington correspondent states that it is understood that Senator Lodge has received assurances from prominent British statesmen that both France and Britain will agree to reservations., by the United States of the League of Nations covenant, especially article 10 and the article dealing with the Monroe Doctrine. It is rumored that President Wilson has been informed of this alleged fact in ordor to gain his consent to such reservations.—Aus. N.Z. Cable Assoc.
