STRANDED NEW ZEALANDERS.

MANUKA EXPECTED TO-MORROW. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The Manuka, inward from Sydney, with a number of stranded New Zealanders among the passengers, is expected to arrive at Wellington Harbor on Saturday. The Minister of Public Health said today that there were two doctors and two nurses on the ship, so there would be skilled attendance available should sickness occur among the passengers. The Bhip would be inspected on arrival by the port health officer, and if the bill of health was clean pratique would be granted at once. If there was disease aboard the utmost precautions would be taken. The Minister added that there was accommodation for from 270 to 300 people at Somes Island quarantine station, and for aa many as 600 at the Auckland station.
